What to include

• The puzzle ID printed at the bottom of the page, such as MWS-1594VM4. The puzzle and its answer key share the same ID.
• The theme and level, for example Halloween, Explorer Puzzle 2.
• The paper size you chose (US Letter or A4) and what went wrong, such as a word you couldn’t find or a page that printed cut off.

Puzzles you made in the generator

We can’t see puzzles made in the word search generator, because your words never leave your browser. If something looks wrong, a screenshot or the downloaded PDF attached to your email is the best way to show us.
